Al-Huda Legal is the first Shari’ah Compliant telephonic legal assistance service in South Africa developed to benefit the Muslim Community by providing easy affordable access to our team of fully qualified admitted lawyers.

Our founder and director, Yusuf Boda, was inspired by a call from his panicked uncle requiring legal advice.  As he ended the call, his parting words were: “Alhumdulillah, I am fortunate enough to be able to just pick up the phone and call you and you have put my mind at ease.  Not everyone in our community is that fortunate. Do something good for the Muslim Community with your knowledge, so that they have someone to turn to when they need legal assistance. Make legal services affordable for the Community.  And let your effort be a source of goodness.”

Our purpose at Al-Huda Legal is to “be a source of goodness” by:

• Providing the Muslim Community with affordable access to a team of fully qualified, admitted lawyers, to guide, advise and most of all, give you and your family legal peace of mind.
• Donating a portion of the membership fees collected to projects that will serve as Sadaqah Jaariyah for our members.
• Empowering the Muslim Community by creating opportunities and employment in various areas of the business.
